About Her

Josefina Barrio is an Health Coach and Wellbeing Coach with over a decade of experience supporting individuals in creating meaningful, sustainable change in their health, energy, and lifestyle.

Her philosophy is simple:

True transformation happens when we release unhealthy cycles, build self-awareness, and implement structure with clarity and consistency.

Josefina works with individuals who feel stuck in repeating patterns whether around weight, stress, burnout, self-discipline, or self-doubt and guides them in breaking those cycles through awareness, nervous system regulation, and practical execution.

Her journey began at 18, when she experienced first hand how nutrition and movement directly influence both physical and mental health. That same year, she began practicing yoga — a discipline that evolved into over 1,000 hours of professional training, including advanced Yoga Therapy and Vinyasa qualifications.

She later trained as a Certified Integrative Health Coach, grounding her personal experience in structured, evidence-informed methodology focused on measurable outcomes and long-term behavioural change.
